If a reservation request, I will make your reservation
and send an acknowledgement of your request via email. Upon receipt, print
lease agreement, sign, and mail
along with your $250 reservation deposit to the address on the form.
Please mail deposit promptly as your booking will not be confirmed until we receive your $250
deposit. We accept money orders, checks, cash, and credit cards. It's as simple as that!
3% service charge added to credit card payments. Checks
should be made payable to Fred Pierson.
Since our vacation rentals cater to the family, we cannot accept reservations
for vacationing students. Thus, young singles (under 25) unaccompanied by a
parent or guardian will not be permitted to register, and will be subject to forfeiture of
deposit. Should the parent not remain throughout the reservation period,
eviction and forfeiture of rents and deposit paid will result. Any reservation
obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and the
party will not be permitted to occupy the unit.
